Healing and Hunger
The NaturalRegeneration gamerule is disabled in True Survival. But this is not your ordinary UHC. True Survival makes use of the disabling to introduce a couple new healing sources and hunger effects to provide a new take on the healing and hunger economy.
New Healing Sources
TIP: True Survival provides a few new healing sources to help supplement the healing economy, but don't forget what healing sources already exist in Vanilla Minecraft!
